Most cases of pain occur because hiking boots do not fit customers’ feet, and this is not a condition for exchange or refund.  Products are manufactured based on one standard foot shape of Korean people.   In case a consumer has a foot shape different from this standard foot shape, we repair the product to fit the consumer''s feet through consultation.    For a faulty shape of the product, we will replace the product through review at the customer service center if it is a product defect.  However, if the product simply does not fit the consumer''s feet without a product defect or the consumer has selected an incorrect size of product, we will repair the product to fit the consumer''s feet. For a consumer who has wide feet or a consumer who complains of pain in his/her ankle bone or ankle, we also repair the product to prevent such pain.
